“People say they love their children. I don\u2019t understand how that much happens in my heart. I don\u2019t know how the feeling is so overwhelming. It\u2019s just incomprehensible,” Brown shared<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n

Millie Bobby Brown<\/a> is getting candid about motherhood.<\/p>\n The Enola Holmes 3<\/em><\/a> star, 22, opened up about raising her daughter<\/a> \u2014 whom she welcomed via adoption in the summer of 2025<\/a> with her husband Jake Bongiovi<\/a>, 24 \u2014 in a new UNICEF video, which the charity shared on Instagram<\/a> on Monday, June 1.<\/p>\n The actress, who is a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, admitted that there have been times when she\u2019s felt unsure during parenthood, sharing that it usually happens when she sees her child do something new.<\/p>\n \u201cThey are doing something and you\u2019re like, \u2018Is that normal? Do they do that?\u2019 And you know, I\u2019ll call my [mom]. She\u2019s just like my 911. \u2018[Mom], did I do this? Did my siblings do this?\u2019 And she is like, \u2018Oh, that\u2019s completely normal. They do that all the time,\u2019 \u201d Brown shared in the clip, which has been released as part of UNICEF’s \u201cMy Parenting Journey\u201d series.<\/p>\n \u201c[It\u2019s] so great. I\u2019m honored to have support,\u201d she added. \u201cAnd if I can\u2019t call her, I call my mother-in-law. She is just like the same way. It\u2019s so nice to hear reassurance.\u201d<\/p>\n Brown and Bongiovi, who quietly married<\/a> in May 2024, have a parenting motto, which is to \u201ctake it one day at a time.\u201d<\/p>\n
