Drew<\/a> and Jonathan Scott<\/a> have worked alongside many famous faces over the years, some of whom actually reached out to them first.<\/p>\n The Property Brothers<\/em><\/a> stars chatted with guest host Andy Cohen<\/a> on the Monday, June 1, episode<\/a> of The Kelly Clarkson Show<\/em><\/a>. Jonathan kicked off the conversation by revealing that a friend of his currently lives in Cohen\u2019s old apartment.<\/p>\n \u201cMy friend said the apartment was great, but you kept checking in on him months later just to make sure that everything was still okay, that nothing was wrong,\u201d he said, praising Cohen. \u201cSo, you have a champion out there in my friend.\u201d<\/p>\n Cohen thanked Jonathan for his kind words, stating, \u201cListen, I love that apartment, and I want it to be as great for him as it was for me.\u201d Changing the topic to the brothers\u2019 slew of HGTV<\/a> shows, Cohen asked, \u201cDo celebrities ever hit you up in your DMs for help?\u201d<\/p>\n According to Drew, he and Jonathan get contacted by celebrities for home renovation and design help \u201call the time.\u201d Recalling one message he\u2019s received, Jonathan shared, \u201cThe one time this happened, I literally had to call my friends immediately. Cher<\/a> dropped into my DMs.\u201d<\/p>\n Cohen jokingly fainted in response to the revelation. \u201cShe had been watching Property Brothers<\/em>, and she was yelling at the screen because the homeowners weren\u2019t listening to what I was saying,\u201d Jonathan explained, while Drew asked the audience, \u201cHave you ever watched Property Brothers<\/em>, and you\u2019re yelling, \u2018What are they thinking?\u2019 She was doing that.\u201d<\/p>\n Drew went on to share that Serena Williams<\/a> also once messaged him about \u201cwanting to do a project.\u201d He added, \u201cAlso, when we did our show Celebrity IOU<\/em><\/a>, Brad Pitt<\/a> actually randomly just called Jonathan [on] his cell. He just wanted to come and smash a house with us. He\u2019s like, \u2018I love what you do. Can I just come and demo with you?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Pitt appeared on the very first episode of Celebrity IOU<\/em> in 2020. The series premiere followed the brothers as they helped Pitt transform his longtime makeup artist\u2019s detached garage into a guest suite\/makeup station.<\/p>\n \u201cWhen he did Celebrity IOU<\/em>, it was amazing. And I know what you\u2019re all thinking: \u2018Yes, his hair smells nice,\u2019\u201d Jonathan joked of working with Pitt before complimenting the actor. \u201cBut he was into design and focused on the actual architecture of what we were doing. It was really great.\u201d<\/p>\n Drew quipped, \u201cAnd he\u2019s strong as s***. I think he\u2019s half god, because we did some little competitions, throwing hammers through a stucco wall, [and] he did not give up. He literally is the characters he plays, where he\u2019s, like, a superhero.\u201d<\/p>\n When asked by Cohen how many episodes of TV the pair have under their belt, Jonathan revealed that he and Jonathan recently surpassed 650 episodes, thanks to their current series, Property Brothers: Under Pressure<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cI know what you\u2019re thinking. At this point, do they just give you a pity Emmy?\u201d he joked, while Cohen stated, \u201cI was thinking, you two must be so rich.\u201d<\/p>\n
