It\u2019s all about your schedule,\u201d Garner said. \u201cIt\u2019s not about what the kids have going on at school. It\u2019s not about pickups and drop-offs and making it home for dinner.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tGarner added that she refuses to lean into mom guilt when it comes to working. \u201cWhen I work, I don\u2019t apologize to my kids for it. I do<\/em> thank them for being so sweet about it. But that\u2019s part of life. Working hard is part of life, and messing up is part of life. Tripping and falling\u2014there\u2019s room for all of it,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n \n\tGarner and Affleck officially divorced in 2018 and co-parent their kids amicably. Since late 2018, Garner has been in a relationship with CaliGroup CEO John Miller<\/a>. <\/p>\n
