June 3 (UPI) —<\/span> Jennifer Lopez<\/a> says she was “blown away” by the Off Campus<\/i> homage to her iconic green Grammys dress and her 2011 song “On the Floor.”<\/p>\n The singer and actress, 56, reacted to Mika Abdalla donning a recreation of the plunging green Versace dress she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards in an interview<\/a> Tuesday with Extra<\/i>.\n<\/p>\n “It was fantastic. First of all, I just was enjoying the show, but then to see what happened with the song after that and how viral it went … It’s funny that a song that you made 15 years ago could go back into the charts. It’s incredible,” she said.<\/p>\n Abdalla plays Allie on Off Campus<\/i>, Prime Video’s young adult romantic drama based on the Elle Kennedy book series. Season 1, Episode 2 features a scene<\/a> of Allie catching Dean’s (Stephen Kalyn) attention while dressed as Lopez and dancing to “On the Floor” at a Halloween party.\n<\/p>\n “I loved it,” Lopez said of the homage. “I loved it, and I thought it was really clever the way they did it.”<\/p>\n
