Spencer Pratt\u2019s infamous battle over a dry shampoo bottle has come back to light.<\/p>\n
Pratt, the former reality TV star who recently made headlines due to his Los Angeles mayoral bid<\/a>, was once featured as a contestant on NBC\u2019s I\u2019m a Celebrity\u2026Get Me Out of Here! The second season, which aired in 2009, also featured WWE Hall of Famer Torrie Wilson as one of the contestants.<\/p>\n The show\u2019s format forced celebrities to rough it in remote areas with few modern amenities. Incumbent Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass has secured enough votes to advance to a November 3 runoff election.
