Jason Sudeikis<\/strong><\/a> is getting candid about his love life nearly six years after ending his relationship with ex-fianc\u00e9e Olivia Wilde<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Ted Lasso<\/em><\/a> star, 50, shared on the Tuesday, June 2, episode of the \u201cFriends Keep Secrets\u201d<\/a> podcast that he is currently single.<\/p>\n

Cohost Lil Dicky t<\/strong>hen asked Sudeikis what it was like being single, to which the comedian responded, \u201cUps and downs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dicky\u2019s wife and fellow cohost Kristin Batalucco<\/strong> followed up by quizzing the actor on whether he\u2019s \u201cmore of a relationship guy.\u201d<\/p>\n

The former Saturday Night Live cast member expanded his family when then-fianc\u00e9e Olivia Wilde welcomed their son, Otis, in April 2014. The actress later gave birth to their daughter, Daisy, in October 2016. Sudeikis and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cI like being in relation to people,\u201d Sudeikis explained. \u201cI\u2019m not at a point in my life where it feels good or fulfilling to date numerous people all at once. That feels daunting and overwhelming, especially with being a parent.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sudeikis said that his approach to relationships has changed since becoming a father. The actor shares son Otis, 12, and daughter Daisy, 9, with Wilde, 42.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s also a new thing of anyone I\u2019m dating, that they are never number one on the callsheet, as the showbiz saying would go. The kids are,\u201d he explained. \u201cEven probably more so than myself.\u201d<\/p>\n

He added, \u201cThen there\u2019s that little bit as you get older, you\u2019re like, \u2018Oh God, I gotta make sure my cup\u2019s full in order for other people to get the overflow.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Their son, Otis, and their daughter, Daisy, arrived in 2014 and 2016, respectively. For the actor, he sees \u201cstaying around\u201d was the key to being a [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Elsewhere on the podcast, cohost Benny Blanco<\/strong> asked Sudeikis whether he wanted more children. \u201cI would if I fell in love,\u201d the former Saturday Night Live<\/em> star said.<\/p>\n

Sudeikis also opened up about life as a dad.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s all relative,\u201d he responded to being asked whether he\u2019s a strict father. \u201cBut I think ish. Like, about manners and stuff and saying \u2018please\u2019 and \u2018thank you.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

The actor also praised his little ones\u2019 sense of humor.<\/p>\n

\u201cOh my gosh, they\u2019re so funny. They\u2019re getting funnier and funnier as they go. Daisy\u2019s been funny from jump,\u201d he gushed.<\/p>\n

Sudeikis and Wilde began dating in 2011 and got engaged in January 2013. They welcomed son Otis the following year and daughter Daisy in 2016.<\/p>\n

By late 2020, however, the couple had split, and Wilde was later linked to Harry Styles<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
