Michael Kosta<\/a> on Tuesday owned Ivanka Trump<\/a> over a real estate venture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The \u201cDaily Show\u201d host mocked President Donald Trump<\/a>\u2019s oldest daughter after she and husband Jared Kushner<\/a> invested in an island<\/a> off Albania. She gushed over it in a recent interview while Americans flounder in an economic crisis fueled by her dad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cIt\u2019s an unbelievable, beautiful 1,400-hectare private island in the middle of the Mediterranean,\u201d she enthused in a clip.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Kosta slow-clapped, saying, \u201cLet\u2019s give it up for this couple … Oh, I\u2019m sorry, do you guys not have hectare money?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The development of the island into a resort has been unfolding over the last few years, reportedly costing the Trumps more than $1 billion<\/a>. The luxury project, tied to Kushner\u2019s business dealings, is also under investigation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cAnd for those of you who are thinking, \u2018Hey, before buying a private island, shouldn\u2019t billionaires maybe read the room?\u2019\u201d Kosta asked. \u201cWhat you don\u2019t understand is, the island doesn\u2019t have rooms yet. They can\u2019t lay the foundation for those rooms until they burn down all those stupid trees, OK?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
