June 4\u2013 June 10:<\/em> <\/strong>The weekly preview of arts and culture events in the Greater Knoxville area is included in the Arts & Cultural Alliance<\/a>.<\/p>\n Summer Movie Magic<\/em><\/strong>: The Tennessee Theatre\u2019s family-favorite Summer Movie Magic Series returns with three dates and six movies. Representatives are available to share the lineup and how to get tickets<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/em><\/strong>June 5: <\/em><\/strong>The Arts & Culture Alliance is pleased to present four new exhibitions at the Emporium Center in downtown Knoxville, opening on Friday, June 5, from 5:00-9:00 PM. A free gathering with the exhibiting artists will also feature live music by\u00a0Nick Marlow<\/a>.<\/p>\n June 5 and continuing on Fridays in June:<\/em> <\/strong>A\u00a0Brief\u00a0Moment in Time <\/strong>The opening is 5-9 p.m. at Red Gallery, 130 West Jackson Avenue. <\/strong>Over 40 participating artists displaying paintings, drawings, photography, ceramics, and more\u00a0\u2014\u00a0something for everyone at this A1LabArts Members Show. <\/strong><\/p>\n June 6 Open Gallery<\/em><\/strong> During Rhinestone Fest, the Red Gallery will host an Open Gallery from noon to 8 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n June 5th through the 21st<\/sup>:<\/em><\/strong> Knoxville Children\u2019s Theatre in partnership with the Clayton Foundation, will present a live production of\u00a0Charlie and the Chocolate Factory <\/em>with showtimes on\u00a0Thursdays and Fridays at 7 p.m., Saturdays at 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., and Sundays at 3 p.m. at 747 World\u2019s Fair Park.<\/p>\n June 6 Martinis at the Mansion<\/em><\/strong>: <\/em>\u00a0Join friends and neighbors for the garden party at Blount Mansion on Saturday, June 6, at 5:30. See Blount Mansion\u2019s website for Information and tickets:\u00a0Blount Mansion\u2019s Annual Garden Party \u2013 Martinis at the Mansion<\/a><\/p>\n June & July Outdoor Concert Series<\/em><\/strong>: The \u00a0Downtown Maryville Alliance<\/a>\u00a0announces the launch of a free, outdoor concert series coming to the Charles West Amphitheater in Jack Greene Park each Thursday during the months of June and July 2026.\u00a0This inaugural season will feature an exciting lineup of regional and national talent, bringing live music to downtown Maryville each Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Below are the dates and performers:<\/p>\n June 6: Bijou Jubilee on June 6 to feature a folk festival in the theatre and on Gay Street.<\/em> <\/strong>Tickets go on sale Friday, March 20, for the theatre\u2019s largest annual fundraiser, presented by Lawson Family Foundation: Information here<\/a><\/p>\n June 6: Marble City<\/em><\/strong> Opera in the Park <\/em><\/strong>is a free concert at Lakeshore Park in Knoxville. The event features food trucks and a beautiful concert as a gift to the community.<\/p>\n June 18: \u00a0The Tragedy of Carmen <\/em><\/strong>is the 90-minute adaptation of Bizet\u2019s Carmen will be presented on June 18 and 20th at the Historic Grove Theatre in Oak Ridge.
