Hollywood Demons<\/a>\u201d Season 2 will examine five new stories touching on the dark side of fame, including Matthew Perry\u2019s death, the rise of \u201cThe Jerry Springer Show\u201d and child stars who became porn stars as adults.<\/p>\n\n\t\u201cHollywood can be a very dark and scary place,\u201d someone says in the trailer for the new season of the Investigative Discovery series, which will air on April 20 at 9 p.m. on ID and will also be available to stream on HBO Max. The five-episode season promises to deliver juicy stories of Hollywood scandal.<\/p>\n
\n\tOne episode looks into \u201cstalking\u201d and \u201ccriminality\u201d behind the scenes of \u201cSaved by the Bell.\u201d Another features a \u201c16 and Pregnant\u201d subject who says she became homeless after the series. And the season will focus on a few former child stars \u2014 \u201cPhil of the Future\u2019s\u201d Dan Benson, \u201cThe Bold and the Beautiful\u2019s\u201d Maitland Ward and \u201cA Christmas Story\u2019s\u201d Scott Schwartz \u2014 who transitioned into the adult film industry.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe show will also examine Perry\u2019s 2023 death, which was caused by the effects of a ketamine overdose, and will look into the \u201cvulgarity\u201d and \u201cchaos\u201d of \u201cThe Jerry Springer Show,\u201d with one subject claiming in the trailer: \u201cThey destroyed my life.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\t\u201cHollywood Demons\u201d is a docuseries from \u201cQuiet on Set\u201d studio Investigative Discovery and Ample Entertainment. The first season debuted in 2025 and tackled subjects including the Von Erichs wrestling dynasty, allegations against \u201c7th Heaven\u201d actor Stephen Collins, Power Rangers scandals and more. ID is the true crime network behind titles like \u201cThe Fall of Diddy,\u201d \u201cHomicide Hunter,\u201d \u201cSee No Evil\u201d and many more.<\/p>\n
