<\/p>\n<p>The 59-year-old actress \u2014 wearing a black blouse, blue jeans and shades \u2014 was spotted walking with her fianc\u00e9, musician Van Hunt, at the Thursday ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The model, 49, was seen exiting the ceremony separately, donning a grey suit, white sneakers and sunglasses.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2010\/04\/30\/are-halle-berry-gabriel-aubry-splitting\/\">2005 until 2010. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>After welcoming their daughter, now 18, and splitting, Berry and Aubry\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2012\/11\/30\/aubry-berry-make-peace\/\">reached a custody agreement<\/a>\u00a0in 2012 that gave them equal parenting time.<\/p>\n<p>However, the \u201cX-Men\u201d actress and Canadian cover star then became locked in a bitter child support battle.<\/p>\n<p>In 2014, the Los Angeles court ordered Berry to pay Aubry $16,000 a month in child support\u00a0until a then-6-year-old Nahla, turned 19 or graduated high school.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter income that was over $1.95 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Early on in her lengthy court battle with Aubry, a physical altercation occurred between the runway star and Berry\u2019s then-husband,\u00a0Olivier Martinez.<\/p>\n<p>Berry and Martinez tied the knot in 2013 before\u00a0<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/08\/23\/halle-berry-finalizes-8-year-olivier-martinez-divorce\/\">breaking up in 2015<\/a>\u00a0after five years together.<\/p>\n<figure <\/p>\n<p>In 2024, the \u201cCrime 101\u201d star claimed in court documents that <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2024\/09\/05\/celebrity-news\/halle-berry-claims-she-has-spent-200k-trying-to-work-with-ex-olivier-martinez-co-parenting-son\/\">she had spent almost a quarter of a million <\/a>dollars trying to co-parent with the French actor, 60.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have done everything possible to work with Olivier, to communicate with him, and to engage him in the decision-making process regarding our son in an amicable way,\u201d Berry wrote in the documents at the time.<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cMonster\u2019s Ball\u201d actress initially agreed to share custody in
