Mendes reportedly contacted police and alleged that Ramone struck him in the face during a confrontation that erupted after he arrived at the home. Officers wrote that Mendes alleged, “Thais slapped him on the left side of his face with an open right hand.”<\/p>\n The report further notes that responding officers observed marks on Mendes’ face that they believed were consistent with his account. TMZ<\/em> also reported that Mendes provided officers with video footage of the alleged incident.<\/p>\n During the investigation, Ramone offered a different perspective. According to the police report, she described Mendes as “controlling” and acknowledged that an argument occurred. She also told officers she acted in self-defense.
