Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> seems to love releasing an album in the summer months. Her last four full-lengths have all dropped in either July or August. In that final month of the season in both 2024 and 2025, fans were treated to Short n’ Sweet<\/em> and then Man’s Best Friend<\/em>, respectively.<\/p>\n The singer has not announced anything new for summer 2026, though \u2013 at least not yet. She is still promoting Man’s Best Friend<\/em> with yet another single, “House Tour.” At the same time, her collaboration with Madonna, “Bring Your Love,” is picking up steam when it comes to the radio.<\/p>\n As fans focus their buying and streaming on those tracks, the album that turned Carpenter from a rising star into a household name returns to multiple Billboard<\/em> charts, becoming a bestseller all over again.<\/p>\n Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet<\/em> appears on four Billboard<\/em> charts this week, and it returns to half of those tallies. Short n’ Sweet<\/em> reappears on the Vinyl Albums<\/a> list at No. 21 and simultaneously finds its way back to the Top Album Sales roster, where it settles at No. 38 after not finding a home only a few days ago.<\/p>\n Luminate reports that in the tracking frame reflected on this week’s Billboard<\/em> charts, Short n’ Sweet<\/em> sold a little more than 2,900 copies. Clearly, many of those were on vinyl, as it returns to not only the Top Album Sales list but also the wax-focused ranking as well. The project shifted a total of more than 22,100 equivalent units, with most of those being made up of more than 20 million streams via various platforms.<\/p>\n As Short n’ Sweet<\/em> returns to two tallies, it also holds inside the top 40 on another pair. Carpenter’s Grammy-winning full-length dips one space to No. 35 on the Top Streaming Albums chart. At the same time, the project reverses that trajectory and improves from No. 35 to No. 33 on the Billboard 200<\/a>.<\/p>\n Short n’ Sweet<\/em> is counted among Carpenter’s handful of No. 1s on all four rankings on which it currently appears. Her breakout release \u2013 which included several of her most famous singles, like “Espresso,”<\/a> “Taste”<\/a> and “Please Please Please” \u2013 has spent well over a year on the four tallies. Its longest run has been on the Billboard 200, where it is now up to 92 weeks as a favorite in America.<\/p>\n Short n’ Sweet<\/em> performs so well that it nearly matches Man’s Best Friend<\/em>, Carpenter’s most recent full-length. That studio effort came a year after Short n’ Sweet<\/em>, and yet the two sit nearly side-by-side. Man’s Best Friend<\/em> lands at No. 30 on the Billboard 200 and No. 33 on both the Top Album Sales and Top Streaming Albums charts. That’s only a few spaces ahead of Short n’ Sweet<\/em> on the main albums ranking, and two pegs in front of its predecessor on the list of the most streamed collections in the nation.<\/p>\n The lead singles from both Short n’ Sweet<\/em> and Man’s Best Friend<\/em> climb on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. “Manchild” is the higher-rising win, while “Espresso” also occupies a spot within the highest half of those worldwide tallies.<\/p>\n “House Tour,”<\/a> which may be the last single from Man’s Best Friend<\/em>, improves to a new peak of No. 20 on the Pop Airplay chart, the only Billboard<\/em> roster on which it currently finds space.
