Alesha Dixon<\/a>, Su-Elise Nash and Sabrina Washington admitted they are open to recording together again more than two decades after first finding chart success.<\/p>\nThe trio performed to their largest audience to date at Capital\u2019s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard at Wembley Stadium on Saturday (06.06.26), following their surprise reunion at the Britain\u2019s Got Talent final in May, with Mis-Teeq, who split in 2005 after becoming one of the defining British girl groups of the early 2000s, best known for hits including Scandalous, All I Want and Why?. <\/p>\n
Their recent comeback has generated significant interest among fans, particularly after their Britain\u2019s Got Talent appearance marked the first time many viewers had seen the trio perform together in years. <\/p>\n
Alesha, 47, continues to be a judge on the ITV talent show, where she has become one of the programme\u2019s longest-serving panellists since establishing a successful solo career after the group\u2019s split.<\/p>\n
\nDiscussing the possibility of new material backstage at Wembley, Su-Elise, told The Sun: \u201cWe don\u2019t have any plans for new music at the moment, but sometimes things align and we might go with them.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt\u2019s taken 20-plus years to get to this point.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe Sun also reported industry sources have suggested the group are being sent songs to consider, although no formal plans for a recording project have been announced.<\/p>\n
\nThe performance at Wembley followed an emotional reunion on Britain\u2019s Got Talent, where the group returned to the stage together in front of a national television audience.<\/p>\n
\nReflecting on that appearance, Alesha said: \u201cThe whole night felt surreal. It was very emotional for us, as you can imagine.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cWe were very nervous, but we were made to feel at home.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nFor Su-Elise, the comeback carried additional personal significance. <\/p>\n
\nThe singer revealed her son Blu, four, was seeing her perform live for the first time.<\/p>\n
\nShe said: \u201cThat was the first time anyone had seen us together in such a long time.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cIt was a really important moment for us to be seen together again in the light that we wanted to, to be able to share our connection and our comeback story.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cFor me, it was the first time my little boy, Blu, has seen me perform. There was a lot of sentiment for me in that performance.\u201d<\/p>\n
\nThe reunion has fuelled speculation about a more permanent return for the group, whose influence on British R and B and garage-pop continues to be recognised more than 20 years after their breakthrough success. <\/p>\n
\nThe renewed attention has also coincided with ongoing interest in Alesha\u2019s television career, including her role on Britain\u2019s Got Talent and her previous success as winner of Strictly Come Dancing, which helped launch her solo music career.<\/p>\n
