Peter and Harriet Phillips have shared the first official photos
\nof their royal wedding.<\/p>\n
The couple married at All Saints\u2019 Church in the Cotswolds on
\nJune 6 with a reception afterwards at Princess Anne\u2019s home at
\nGatcombe Park.<\/p>\n
Now, the newlyweds have revealed the first snaps of the day
\nincluding a special image taken inside the Princess Royal\u2019s home as
\nthey welcomed guests to their celebration.<\/p>\n

In the images, captured by Mark Nicholson, the couple are seen
\nin the conservatory of the estate where Anne lives and where the
\ncouple held their reception.<\/p>\n
In the reception photos, they are seen walking hand in hand
\nthrough the stone trimmed building.<\/p>\n
Harriet Phillips chose an Emilia Wickstead dress for her wedding
\nday and in the photos, she is seen wearing her long veil off her
\nface.<\/p>\n
The bride also wore a tiara, borrowing a diamond and pearl
\ndiadem from the Pragnell family. The jewel has royal connection as
\nit was worn to the coronations of both George VI and Elizabeth II
\nby members of the Pragnell family.<\/p>\n
Also clearly visible in the wedding portraits is Harriet\u2019s
\nbridal bouquet which included several nods to Queen Elizabeth II,
\ngrandmother to Peter Phillips. The posy included lily of the
\nvalley, one of the late Queen\u2019s favourite flowers, as well as a
\nsprig of myrtle which is traditionally used in all royal wedding
\nflowers.<\/p>\n
The portraits only show the bride and groom, there are no family
\nor group images. The wedding was attended by many members of the
\nRoyal Family including King Charles and Queen Camilla. Their
\nMajesties left the ceremony and headed straight to Epsom where they
\nwatched the Derby being run. It\u2019s not known if they later returned
\nto Gatcombe to continue celebrations.<\/p>\n

Also at the wedding were the Prince and Princess of Wales whose
\nthree children didn\u2019t attend the celebration. It was a noticeably
\nchild free wedding with only a few youngsters at the special event.
\nAmong them was eight year old Lena Tindall, niece of Peter
\nPhillips, and her 12 year old sister, Mia.<\/p>\n
Zara Tindall and her husband, Mike, were also present as were
\ntwo other cousins of the groom. Princess Beatrice and Princess
\nEugenie attended, the first time they\u2019ve been seen with the wider
\nRoyal Family since the arrest and release of their father, Andrew
\nMountbatten-Windsor, on suspicion of misconduct in public
\noffice.<\/p>\n
Beatrice was with her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, while
\nEugenie, who is expecting her third child, attended with her
\nhusband, Jack Brooksbank.<\/p>\n
The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh were at the celebration
\nalthough their children, Lady Louise and James, Earl of Wessex,
\nweren\u2019t seen at the church ceremony, the only public part of the
\nwedding.<\/p>\n
King Charles\u2019 cousins, Earl Snowden and Lady Sarah Chatto, were
\nboth there with their grown up children.<\/p>\n
Princess Anne made a sweet gesture at the wedding of her son,
\nwearing a hat that she had chosen for another special family event,
\nthe christening of her daughter, Zara, in 1981.<\/p>\n
Peter Phillips and Harriet Sperling announced their engagement
\nin August 2025. At the heart of their celebrations were their
\nchildren \u2013 Peter has two daughters, Savannah, 15, and 14 year old
\nIsla who, along with Harriet\u2019s daughter, 13 year old Georgina, were
\nbridesmaids.<\/p>\n
