Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em> star Aesha Scott shared in a new interview that marriage has made her and husband Scott Dobson feel more bonded and like a stronger team<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n “We keep saying to each other, ‘It feels so different,’ ” she said of their relationship<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n The couple wed on March 7 in their hometown of Tauranga, New Zealand<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Three months after tying the knot, Aesha Scott<\/a> is sharing how her relationship with husband Scott Dobson has changed since getting married.<\/p>\n In an interview with Bravo.com<\/a>, the Below Deck Mediterranean<\/em> star, 34, revealed that marriage has changed her relationship with Dobson “so much.”<\/p>\n “It’s so nice because everyone says that on your wedding day, like when you get married, that it’s different. But they can’t really articulate why, and it’s hard to explain why,” she said.<\/p>\n “But Scott and I, ever since we got married, we keep saying to each other, ‘It feels so different,’ ” she continued. “I think you just feel much more bonded and more of a unit and more of a team. And he’s always wanting to be away doing something,” she said. “Whereas since we’ve gotten married, we’re doing joint projects now and making way more plans together, and we just feel like it’s Aesha and Scott versus the world a little bit more.”<\/p>\n PEOPLE exclusively shared that Scott and Dobson wed<\/a> at \u014cmahanui<\/a> near their hometown of Tauranga, New Zealand, on March 7. They welcomed 130 guests for the occasion, including several of the bride’s Bravo friends, among them Anastasia Surmava<\/a> and Hannah Ferrier<\/a>.<\/p>\n “I have such a beautiful tribe of overseas friends, who are such a huge part of my life but who have never met my family or seen my hometown and country,” Scott told PEOPLE. “I knew looking around and seeing their faces [at the wedding] would be so strange in the most beautiful way ever.”<\/p>\n Aesha Scott and Scott Dobson At the time, Scott shared that she was excited to call Dobson her husband and continue building their life together.<\/p>\n “Getting married for us is showing our commitment to each other. We know life will have its ups and downs, and we won\u2019t always be feeling super loved-up, but it\u2019s about vowing to each other that we will try our darned best to get through those down moments, and to enjoy our up moments together,” she said, adding that making things official with Dobson also “makes you feel like more of a solid family unit, which is nice for us with how busy and crazy our lives are.”<\/p>\n She also said the two “really want babies sometime in the next few years,” but they are both focusing on their careers at the moment.<\/p>\n “I\u2019m in such a fun space of momentum where doors just keep opening, so I want to ride this wave, and Scott is just starting to do his pilot’s license, which will take a couple of years,” she explained. “He will be the most incredible father when that time comes \u2014 I\u2019m so lucky I get to do that journey with him.”<\/p>\n Read the original article on People<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
