Former Bachelor Jake Pavelka<\/strong> <\/a>has tied the knot.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wasn\u2019t sure I would get married \u2014 and then I found Aimee<\/strong>,\u201d Pavelka, 48, told People<\/em><\/a> on Monday, June 8, about their wedding. \u201cIt almost doesn\u2019t seem real. There\u2019s a sense of peace and certainty that comes with knowing I get to spend my life with my best friend.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pavelka and Aimee, 41, exchanged views at the Tuscan Rose Ranch in California on Sunday, June 7, with their loved ones in attendance. For her wedding look, Aimee opted for a gown by Ukrainian designer Milla Nova.<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t try on many dresses, just the one actually, and I was in and out of the bridal shop in 20 minutes,\u201d she said. \u201cI knew I wanted something simple, classic and timeless.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bachelor Nation met Pavelka when he appeared as a contestant on Jillian Harris<\/strong>\u2019 season of The Bachelorette<\/em> in 2009. The following year, Pavelka starred as the lead of The Bachelor<\/em> season 14. He ultimately got engaged to Vienna Girardi<\/strong> in the season finale, but the pair announced their split<\/a> in June 2010.<\/p>\n

In 2024, Pavelka crossed paths with Aimee on the dating app Bumble<\/a>. Pavelka said during an October 2024 interview on the \u201cBen and Ashley I Almost Famous\u201d podcast that he matched with Aimee in the \u201c15 minutes I turned it on.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI said, \u2018I\u2019m not looking for a long-distance relationship\u2019 and she said something kind of fun, like, \u2018Well, you couldn\u2019t handle it anyway.\u2019 I was like, \u2018Oh, OK.\u2019 This is probably the girl. She\u2019s so wonderful,\u201d he recalled at the time.<\/p>\n
