Ariana Grande<\/b><\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Ethan Slater<\/b><\/a>\u00a0have officially called it quits.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s amicable, they gave lots of time and careful consideration and decided to go their separate ways,\u201d a source tells Us Weekly<\/em> about the split. \u201cThey are still friends and very supportive of one another. They have been quietly broken up for several months.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider adds that Grande, 32, \u201cis doing great,\u201d and has been \u201cfocused\u201d on her Eternal Sunshin<\/em>e Tour<\/em> and \u201cupcoming new album.\u201d<\/p>\n

Grande and Slater met on the set of\u00a0Wicked<\/i>\u00a0in 2023 while portraying Glinda and Boq, respectively, in the musical film. Both were married to other people at the time. Grande was wed to Dalton Gomez<\/strong> from 2021 to 2024, while Slater and wife Lily Jay<\/strong> tied the knot in 2018. The pair welcomed a son in August 2022, two years before calling it quits. (Grande was also briefly engaged to Pete Davidson<\/strong> in 2018.)<\/p>\n

Us<\/i>\u00a0confirmed in July 2023 that Grande and Slater\u00a0were dating<\/a> amid their respective divorces. (Grande listed her date of separation from Gomez in February 2023 when she\u00a0filed for divorce<\/a>\u00a0that September, and the proceedings were finalized in March 2024. Slater filed for divorce from Jay in July 2023, and they\u00a0finalized the dissolution<\/a>\u00a0of their marriage in September 2024.)<\/p>\n
