This Morning<\/a>‘s Mollie King has revealed to fans that she was taken to the hospital. The BBC<\/a> Radio 1 presenter and former member of The Saturdays took to Instagram to update her followers on what had happened.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She wrote: “Hi guys! So many of you have kindly messaged me over the past two weeks asking why I haven’t been on air – thank you so much for checking in! After coming home late from work, I suddenly collapsed unconscious on the bathroom floor at 4am, hitting my head and face as I fell. It was a huge shock, and I ended up being rushed to AandE.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “I keep thinking how grateful I am that I wasn’t on my own and had Stuart to bring me round after I fell. A huge thank you to Amy and Hannah at St George’s Hospital who were absolutely incredible, stitching me up so well and even managed to see past the Looney Tunes pyjama top I arrived in (must buy new pyjamas!)”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n The TV star continued: “It’s been a real wake up call that I needed to make some time to get my strength back, not just for my own health but so I can be the best version of myself for my family too. Yesterday was my first day doing anything social.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Mollie described it as “amazing” to finally leave the house following “what has felt like a very long two weeks”, reports the Daily Star.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She enjoyed some quality time with her daughters and “even had the surprise of spotting Daddy on a big screen,” which she said brought smiles to all their faces.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n She concluded her message by saying: “Thank you so much everyone who has checked in on me and for all the lovely birthday messages too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n “Your kindness has meant so much.
