A ? of WHEN<\/u><\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\nThe album is full of promise and contributions from harpist Mary Lattimore, British multi-instrumentalist Daniel O\u2019Sullivan and \u201cSteel Witch\u201d Zena Kay on pedal-steel guitar. The loops of harp, sequences of steel drum, webs of pedal steel and even bits of a mariachi band from Mexico City add elements of bizarre-ness to everything.<\/p>\n
According to the duo, \u201cA ? of WHEN\u201d is \u201cabout that inexorable moment when all the things we\u2019ve messed up finally catches up with us. \u2026 It\u2019s the sound of looking out at the world, sighing, and transforming it into ebullient songs with your friend, anyway.\u201d<\/p>\n
