Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs<\/strong><\/a> has been sued by a former child actor for alleged sexual assault.<\/p>\n

According to the Daily Mail,<\/em><\/a> a man going by John Doe<\/strong> alleged in court documents that he was a working child actor when he was invited to a networking event in Hollywood Hills in 2007.<\/p>\n

The accuser claimed that Combs, now 56, asked to talk in private about his career. Combs allegedly began \u201crubbing on parts of his body\u201d before performing oral sex while \u201cpleasuring\u201d himself.<\/p>\n

Per the lawsuit, the then-minor told Combs he felt uncomfortable before the oral sex began. Combs allegedly left the room after telling the accuser he would \u201ckeep him in mind for possible opportunities.\u201d John Doe recalled leaving the party after the alleged incident.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tSean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs has been hit with two new lawsuits accusing him of sexually assaulting both a 10-year-old and a 17-year-old boy. Both suits were filed by attorney Tony Buzbee with the Supreme Court of the State of New York, according to docs obtained by Variety on Monday, October 28. The first lawsuit detailed an [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Combs\u2019 rep denied the allegations in a statement to the Daily Mail<\/em> on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He\u2019s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers,\u201d the statement read. \u201cMr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone \u2014 and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.\u201d<\/p>\n

News broke in 2024 that Combs was arrested in New York. He pleaded not guilty to charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.<\/p>\n

Combs\u2019 sex trafficking trial began the following year, which resulted in him being convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution. He started serving a 50-month sentence<\/a> in October 2025, but his legal team has been seeking to overturn his conviction.<\/a><\/p>\n
