The next day, on Monday, June 8, Fairweather more officially shared the news by posting a mix of proposal photos and shots of the couple from over the years together on Instagram<\/a>. “It\u2019s always been you,” she wrote in the caption.<\/p>\nThe photos show Daniel proposing on bended knee on the island near a lighthouse as Fairweather reacted with surprise and excitement. After the big moment, the couple hugged and kissed.<\/p>\n
The engagement ring features a sparkling oval-cut diamond encircled by a halo of smaller diamonds on a thin diamond band.<\/p>\n
