Martha Stewart<\/a> has some gripes with her 2024 Netflix<\/a> documentary.<\/p>\n

The home living entrepreneur was a guest on the Monday (June 1) episode of podcast One on One with Kris Fade<\/em><\/a>, where she elaborated on why she disliked the documentary. Previously, in a 2024 interview with The New York Times<\/em><\/a>, Stewart, 84, thought that the second half of the film looked \u201ca bit lazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThose last scenes with me looking like a lonely old lady walking hunched over in the garden? Boy, I told him to get rid of those,\u201d Stewart said at the time.\u201cAnd he refused. I hate<\/em> those last scenes. Hate them.\u201d<\/p>\n

While in conversation with Fade, Stewart doubled down on her 2024 comments. \u201cI thought it made me seem like I was done and dusted,\u201d she said around the 36:00 mark below.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don’t like done and dusted. I don’t want to have that,\u201d she continued. \u201cI want to be vibrant and and alive until who knows when.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stewart will have another chance for her life story to be captured, as actress Cate Blanchett<\/a> has signed on to portray her in an upcoming biopic<\/a> directed by Zola<\/em> filmmaker Janicza Bravo<\/a>. The movie is currently under working title Good Thing<\/em>.<\/p>\n
