David Harbour<\/a> <\/b>is clearing the air about his Stranger Things <\/i>costar Millie Bobby Brown<\/b><\/a>\u2019s alleged complaint of harassment and bullying.<\/p>\n

\u201cStraight up, Millie and I are working on several [projects],\u201d Harbour, 51, told Variety<\/i><\/span><\/a> <\/i>in a Wednesday, June 10, profile. \u201cYou\u2019ll see more of me and Millie. 10 years wasn\u2019t enough. There is a special bond there. I love her, she loves me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Harbour played Hopper, the adoptive father of Brown\u2019s Eleven throughout Netflix\u2019s Stranger Things. <\/i>News broke in November 2025 that Brown, 22, filed a complaint<\/span><\/a> with the network when she and Harbour shot the last season. (Neither Harbour, Brown nor Netflix addressed the alleged report at the time.)<\/p>\n

According to Harbour, Brown\u2019s complaint was \u201ca weird thing\u201d and \u201ccame out in a weird way.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tStranger Things costars Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour have a long and complicated relationship. The two have worked closely on the show in their roles as Eleven and her adoptive father, Jim Hopper, respectively, for a decade, starting when Brown was 11 years old. Now, Brown and Harbour\u2019s offscreen relationship is being dissected following [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a show that went on for 10 years. We worked together for 10 years during her formative teenage years, playing father and daughter,\u201d Harbour told Variety<\/i>. \u201cI don\u2019t know if people have families and friends that you spend a lot of time with for 10 years \u2014 you occasionally get in arguments [or] disagreements.\u201d<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cIn families, it\u2019s OK because you\u2019re just in a disagreement and then you come back together. The problem with a billion-dollar show is that there\u2019s just hundreds of people who want to get involved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Without detailing what happened with Brown, Harbour told the outlet that it was \u201cjust a simple rupture-and-repair thing.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cOnce we cleared everybody out of the way and talked to each other, we\u2019re fine,\u201d he said. \u201cEveryone nowadays is very scared of talking about things. People are very scared of being human. It\u2019s unfortunate, because I don\u2019t know how to navigate this weird media world. But it was completely normal, and we adore each other and always have.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brown, for her part, concurred with Harbour\u2019s sentiment in a separate statement shared with the outlet.<\/p>\n
