Some members of Deiondra Sanders<\/a>\u2019 family weren\u2019t exactly thrilled when they discovered she was expecting with her ex, Jacquees<\/a>.<\/p>\n Deiondra\u2014whose father is Deion Sanders<\/a>\u2014appeared on the Deep End with Lecrae<\/em>, who asked how her family reacted to the news that she was pregnant.<\/p>\n \u201cThey really didn’t like him for the way that he treated me, so they was really mad,\u201d she says at the 38:20 minute mark. \u201cEverybody felt some kind of way, but my dad knew the issues I had with fibroids and stuff like that. Obsess.<\/a><\/p>\n \u201cThey was just like, \u2018You’re gonna let this n***a in our family?\u2019\u201d she recalled. \u201cThey’re very protective of me.\u201d<\/p>\n She revealed that she also had to \u201cforgive\u201d herself for her choices.<\/p>\n \u201cI had to forgive myself \u2018cause like no matter how much in love I was, love make you do some crazy things and it make you blind,\u201d she explained. \u201cSeeing it from the outside, it’s like dang, I really deserve better, and it’s like, Deiondra, you know you would have never put up with that normally \u2026 So I kind of was upset at myself for a very long time, like a very long time for just allowing [myself] to be the fool.\u201d<\/p>\n Deiondra and Jacquees welcomed their first child together<\/a>, a baby boy named Snow, on Aug. 9, 2024, the same day as her father\u2019s birthday. The month prior, in July, Jacquees proposed to Deiondra at their baby shower<\/a>, to which she said yes.
