The \u201cDance Moms\u201d<\/a> star, 60, recently underwent an ear rejuvenation procedure with Beverly Hills celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Patrick Davis after becoming increasingly bothered by stretched earlobes caused by years of wearing heavy earrings.<\/p>\n \u201cIt was amazing,\u201d Miller exclusively told Page Six of her procedure. \u201cEveryone\u2019s going to be flocking to their doctors to do this.\u201d<\/p>\n Abby Lee Miller (pictured here in the Page Six Studio in New York City in March 2025) found a surprisingly simple fix for one of her biggest beauty frustrations. Dr. Patrick Davis<\/p>\n \u201cMy mom always used to complain about her earlobes and how they looked,\u201d she explained. \u201cThen I started noticing it myself because I would put an earring in my ear and the whole earring would go through. The hoops would flip all the way around with the back and the whole thing in it.\u201d<\/p>\n Rather than opting for surgery, Davis suggested a much simpler approach with hyaluronic acid filler<\/a> injections.<\/p>\n Miller rated the pain level at a \u201ctwo\u201d out of 10 and said, \u201cIt\u2019s just like, \u2018Boom, boom, boom,’\u201d before she was done with the procedure, which she completed in less than 30 minutes on May 29.<\/p>\n The procedure cost approximately $1,000, significantly less than the $3,000 to $4,000 surgical alternative, according to Davis.<\/p>\n The reality TV star underwent the procedure after becoming increasingly bothered by stretched earlobes caused by years of wearing dangling earrings. Dr. Patrick Davis<\/p>\n The ear rejuvenation procedure<\/a> addresses volume loss in the earlobes, which can occur naturally with age and be accelerated by years of wearing heavy earrings, the facial plastic surgeon explained.<\/p>\n \u201cThe ear itself can be a tell-tale sign of the aging process,\u201d Davis explained. \u201cA little bit of filler in the earlobe can plump up the earlobe that has shrunken in size or isn\u2019t holding earrings properly.\u201d<\/p>\n Davis added that the results were visible \u201cinstantly\u201d for the reality TV star. And in the two days after her procedure, she could see \u201ceven more plumping,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n Miller admitted she didn\u2019t quite follow her doctor\u2019s post-op instructions, however.<\/p>\n \u201cHe didn\u2019t want me to wear earrings for like a week, and I couldn\u2019t do it because I had an event that I had to go to,\u201d she said with a laugh. \u201cBut I could see results immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n The reality TV star (pictured above in September 2025) underwent the procedure after becoming increasingly bothered by stretched earlobes caused by years of wearing heavy earrings.
