Gisele B\u00fcndchen<\/strong><\/a> is looking back at her life in New England.<\/span><\/p>\n

Six years after the supermodel officially moved out of Boston following her then-husband <\/span>Tom Brady<\/strong><\/a>‘s relocation to Florida for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, she reflected on her time in Massachusetts’ capital.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“I had moved to Boston and was living a much quieter life,” B\u00fcndchen<\/span>, who moved to New England in 2007, recalled <\/span>during an interview with <\/span>W Magazine<\/span><\/em><\/a> published June 10. “Earlier in my career, everything was about achievement and saying yes to every opportunity.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“Over time, I began to understand the importance of finding balance,” she continued. “My spiritual practice helped me become more present and more connected to myself. Instead of focusing on external expectations, I started paying attention to how I felt internally.”<\/span><\/p>\n

The 45-year-old\u2014who shares kids <\/span>Benjamin<\/strong>, 16, and <\/span>Vivian<\/strong>, 13, <\/span>and stepson <\/span>Jack<\/strong>, 18, <\/span>with Brady, as well as a 16-month-old <\/span>son<\/span> with husband <\/span>Joaquim Valente<\/strong>\u2014emphasized that shifting her perspective was essential for personal growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

As she put it, “That changed everything\u2014not only my work, but also the way I experienced life.”<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
