At 75 years old, Jane Seymour still feels young at heart, and she has some simple tips for others who want to live a healthy, balanced life<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The \u201cHarry Wild\u201d star stopped by Studio 1A on June 10 to chat about Season 5 of the series with Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones.<\/p>\n

Seymour, who shows no signs of slowing down in her 70s, told the TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle co-hosts that she never \u201cin a million years\u201d imagined her life would be so vibrant at 75 years old.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t even believe I am 75. Inside, I think I\u2019m a teenager. I\u2019ve never been happier. I\u2019ve never had more energy. And I\u2019m just living my best life right now,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Jenna couldn\u2019t help but point out that Seymour looks \u201cincredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cDo you have a secret for us? Is there a secret?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cYeah, I don\u2019t do any of it. … I never diet. I\u2019ve always eaten like Mediterranean type stuff. I have, you know, a little wine, not as much as (in the show) \u2018Harry Wilde,\u2019 and I exercise when I can, and I just take care of my scalp, my skin, hair, whatever,\u201d Seymour replied.<\/p>\n

She went on to explain why she believes mental health<\/a> plays an important role in aging gracefully.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think mostly it\u2019s from the inside. I think if you have a purpose in life and you\u2019re doing things to help other people, (it helps),\u201d she said, pointing to her work with her Open Hearts Foundation.<\/p>\n

Seymour called happiness \u201ceverything\u201d and said it helps when you \u201cdo what you love,\u201d like she does.<\/p>\n

While speaking with Jenna and Sheinelle, Seymour also addressed rumors that she recently got engaged to her beau, John Zambetti. The actor showed off her beautiful \u201cmoi et toi\u201d style ring and described the meaning of the design.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I really love is it has little diamonds here going towards the main one. Instead of a solitaire, I\u2019m not alone. We\u2019re together. And we had a life before,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tJane Seymour may not have actually married Freddie Mercury back in the day, but they did seal their “wedding” with a kiss.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Seymour then offered a coy response to the rumors.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll I can say to the answer is I have never been happier in my life, and I\u2019m absolutely committed to this happiness forever. What is that called?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s called true love,\u201d Jenna replied.<\/p>\n

Sheinelle then addressed Zambetti, who was standing on the sidelines watching the interview.<\/p>\n

\u201cWas that not the most beautiful thing that she just said?\u201d she asked.<\/p>\n

He agreed, adding, \u201cShe says beautiful things all the time.\u201d<\/p>\n
