\n\tTo that end, oral care<\/a> is a nonnegotiable in Howey\u2019s morning and night routine. \u201cI have to wash my face and brush my teeth even if it\u2019s superfast, I just have to. I can\u2019t go to bed with anything on my face, and I have to wash my face as soon as I wake up. And when I\u2019m working, when I\u2019m on set, I have to brush my teeth after lunch. I can\u2019t go back on set and do a scene without having brushed,\u201d she told WWD.<\/p>\n

\n\tThat\u2019s why she has a tube of Colgate toothpaste<\/a> on hand at all times. \u201cIt\u2019s always in my set bag. It\u2019s in my travel bag. It\u2019s on my counter,\u201d she continued. <\/p>\n

\n\tHowey\u2019s latest campaign with the household oral health brand, titled \u201cThe Science of Wow,\u201d calls attention to Colgate\u2019s Optic White Pro Series technology, targeting deep-set stains with a hydrogen peroxide complex. \u201cWe use so many products nowadays it\u2019s hard to know where to give credit to which product and which product is doing what anymore. But with the Colgate Optic White Pro Series, you\u2019re seeing the complex at work. You see the whitening results,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\n\tLike her character, Howey is a girl mom. \u201cI have a daughter who\u2019s almost 3, and I think that has actually shifted my perspective on beauty most because I\u2019m so cognizant now of how aware she is of me doing my hair and doing my makeup,\u201d Howey said. \u201cIt\u2019s shifted my perspective in the sense that I\u2019m just constantly reminding her now that everything I\u2019m doing, everything I\u2019m putting on my face, everything I\u2019m putting in my body, is to help keep my body safe and healthy, that it\u2019s not to look a certain way for anybody else other than myself, and that the most beautiful part of ourselves is on the inside. It\u2019s our hearts. It has nothing to do with the outside.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThis is where her and Georgia differ. \u201cI value my health and taking care of my skin and my oral hygiene just as much as Georgia does. But Georgia weaponizes her body in certain ways. She dresses the part every day more than I do. I feel like, being a working mom, I\u2019m a little more efficient. It\u2019s the bare minimums of what I need to accomplish in the morning. Georgia values the luxury of time when getting ready a little more than I do,\u201d Howey explained. <\/p>\n

\n\tA complex character carrying the trauma of her childhood, Georgia has evolved over the course of three seasons. Being on house arrest in the most recent installment, the murderous mom of two takes a break from putting on this metaphorical mask, allowing her vulnerability to show. \u201cGeorgia is constantly putting on this mask to hide who she is because she\u2019s insecure, she\u2019s scared or doesn\u2019t feel worthy enough. But that has absolutely changed over these last couple of seasons, and you see it even more so this season. In her love life, she wears a very different mask with each partner, and with some partners, you see more of her authentic self than with others.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tSeason Four of \u201cGinny and Georgia\u201d is set to release sometime in late 2026 and early 2027.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
