Details of the new contract were provided by an anonymous union member, who said the agreement was ratified with 51% saying yes and 49% saying no.<\/p>\n
“The majority has spoken, and we now have a ratified contract. Time to move forward together,” they told CBS 21.<\/p>\n
Terms of the agreement include a roughly 21% to 22% wage increase over the five year contract, a $1,000 backpay payment, and improvements to insurance, according to the union member.<\/p>\n
They also stated the company’s 401k match would stay the same.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
