She is the daughter of American businessman and investor Nelson Peltz, who is thought to be personally worth around $1.5bn (\u00a31.12bn). Adding to their fortune, Brooklyn is also the eldest son of Sir David<\/a> and Victoria Beckham<\/a>. His parents have amassed a considerable fortune between them following their respective successes in music and sport, with the couple’s combined wealth now estimated to stand at around \u00a31.185billion. Brooklyn, whose personal net worth is believed to be approximately $10m (\u00a37.48m), has dabbled in several careers over the years \u2013 among them photography and modelling. Yet he is now wholly dedicated to his hot sauce venture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 27-year-old launched Cloud23 in 2024 and revealed at an event this week that he “hasn’t worked in five years” owing to his devotion to the brand.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Four years ago I was trying to work out what I wanted to do with my life, what I wanted to do for work,” he said. “Basically my wife and I<\/a> got really drunk in our apartment while making hot sauce.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“I watched a short little video on how to make it and the next day I tried it again. I really wanted to see what I could create,” he told the audience at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York<\/a> on Monday.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He also disclosed: “I’m always calling the CEO on Sunday at 10pm with a crazy idea of what direction we might go in or a condiment idea. I’ll call with a ridiculous idea. I can come across as annoying sometimes.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

He has previously faced a backlash from followers over some of his enthusiastic cookery videos on social media, notably when he prepared almond milk using ‘enough vanilla extract to kill a man’, and left audiences split with his ‘raw’ beef as part of a ‘Michelin-style’ Sunday roast.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

His former Cookin’ With Brooklyn series also sparked controversy in 2022, when it emerged that an eight-minute episode featuring him preparing a bagel sandwich with coleslaw, a hash brown and fried sea bream had employed a crew of 62 people and cost $100,000 (\u00a374.8k) to make.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
