HERSHEY, Pa. (WHTM) \u2013 Hersheypark Stadium played host to a sold-out Commonwealth Concert Series show on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

The show featured Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and folk-rock band The Avett Brothers featuring Mike Patton.<\/p>\n

The free concert is one of five<\/a> being held across the state to commemorate the nation\u2019s 250th anniversary.<\/p>\n

On June 20, the concert series features Lady A with special guest En Vogue at Kirby Park in Wilkes-Barre. Nelly and Third Eye Blind will close out the set of shows at Point State Park in Pittsburgh on Jun 27.<\/p>\n

State College and Erie previously hosted concerts for the series.<\/p>\n
