Popular rocker James Bourne has sparked concern after disappearing from social media just months after announcing that he was stepping away from the stage for a much-needed operation.<\/p>\n

Bourne, the frontman for the group Busted, shared the news of his impending medical procedure in April.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have a plan in place to have a major surgery that should extend my life and hopefully make me well enough to come back to what I love the most, which is touring and making music,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt really sucks to be out of the game. But there is hope!\u201d<\/p>\n

Recently though, the singer has disappeared from social media, according to multiple reports.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n

Prior to the post on his Instagram stories, Bourne also shared some in another Instagram post in September of 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe VS tour kicks off tomorrow night in Birmingham and as excited as I\u2019ve been all year for this tour to begin, I\u2019m really sorry to say that over the last 8 days it has become clear that I am not in good enough health to play these shows,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThere\u2019s a lot of information I still don\u2019t have about my condition but my bandmates, management and I are unanimous in deciding that I should focus on the medical stuff for now.<\/p>\n
