Lil Uzi Vert<\/a> closed out a spectacular set at Lyrical Lemonade\u2019s Summer Smash 2026 by telling everyone at SeatGeek Stadium in Bridgeview, Illinois that they have a new album coming out. <\/p>\n On June 12, Lil Uzi Vert told the crowd<\/a> the good news in a quick message designed to get them amped for the future. <\/p>\n “New album on the way. I gotta get home and take care of my baby monkey,\u201d they said as the crowd roared. <\/p>\n Lil Uzi Vert\u2019s upcoming project would be their fifth studio album and their first since 2024\u2019s Eternal Atake 2. <\/em>That project debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 59,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.<\/p>\n Uzi\u2019s Summer Smash 2026 set began with them being tardy to the stage.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \u201cSorry I\u2019m late. I had to jump off the jet,\u201d they said apologetically to kick things off. <\/p>\n Then, they launched the set with an unreleased track that may very well appear on the upcoming project. <\/p>\n From there, Uzi performed fan favorites like \u201cPop,\u201d \u201cAye,\u201d \u201cDo What I Want,\u201d and \u201cMoney Longer.\u201d Continuing their set, Uzi played other tracks like \u201cNew Patek\u201d and \u201cJust Wanna Rock,\u201d and gave fellow festival performer<\/a> North West a shoutout. <\/p>\n After their new album announcement, Uzi wrapped the set by performing an unreleased song in what appeared to be a British accent. <\/p>\n In other Lil Uzi Vert news, the rapper opened up in an interview last month about their aversion to having their music explained in eras. \u201cThis is the same era,\u201d they said. \u201cEverybody is always talking about eras. It\u2019s still from the beginning. I\u2019m never going to stop.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
