To celebrate the \u201conce-in-a-lifetime event,\u201d the City of Struthers will host a celebration as the train passes through.<\/p>\n<p>The train is expected to arrive between 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on July 12 in downtown Struthers. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and guests will be able to enjoy a variety of vendors and live entertainment.<\/p>\n<p>The full schedule will be released in the coming weeks, the city said.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few things to keep in mind:<\/p>\n<p><h3>Street closures at 7 a.m.<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"remove-embeded\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liberty Street and Bridge Street<\/li>\n<li>Lowellville Road and North Bridge Street<\/li>\n<li>State Street and Short Street<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All of downtown will be designated as a spectator-only zone for the event.<\/p>\n<p><h3>Parking<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"remove-embeded\"\/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handicapped parking will be available at WesBanco<\/li>\n<li>Permit parking lots will be reserved for volunteers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Public parking will be available on the city\u2019s 28-acre riverfront property along the Mahoning River<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"data-image-wrapper img-hash-47aae4ce-1a47-45fe-9a39-efa4b3de6305 hashed-image center percent-hundred caption-container image\" contenteditable=\"false\" style=\"display: inline-block; position: relative;\"><\/p>\n<p>(City of Struthers)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Additionally, there will be a free shuttle service through Purple Cat.
