Donald Trump <\/a>celebrated his 80th birthday on Sunday (June 14), and among those to wish the president a happy birthday <\/a>was Nicki Minaj. <\/a><\/p>\n The Queens rapper, who has raved about the president<\/a> and his administration for the better part of a year, posted a collection of four images to X on Sunday, featuring AI-generated likenesses of herself alongside Trump.<\/p>\n More from Billboard<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cHappy 80th birthday Mr. President,\u201d Minaj wrote<\/a>. One image features the pair at a ballroom event while another pictures Minaj and Trump as animated characters. There\u2019s even a fake photo of Minaj and the president riding around with tech giant Elon Musk and actress Sydney Sweeney in the backseat.<\/p>\n Minaj\u2019s replies were filled with fans questioning the Trump-dedicated post. \u201cNow Nicki Minaj what tha hell is this?\u201d one person responded. <\/a><\/p>\n Billboard has reached out to the White House and reps for Musk and Sweeney for comment.<\/p>\n It\u2019s not the first time Minaj has posted an AI-generated photo<\/a> with Trump; she also did so in February while celebrating President\u2019s Day, sharing an image of the two in a convertible.<\/p>\n The \u201cSuper Bass\u201d rapper has gushed about her being a fan of Trump since making the MAGA pivot in 2025. Minaj met the president for the first time in January at a Trump Accounts Summit, where she called herself the president\u2019s biggest supporter.<\/p>\n \u201cI am probably the president\u2019s No. 1 fan,\u201d she said at the time. \u201cAnd that\u2019s not going to change. What people have to say, it does not affect me at all. It actually motivates me to support him more. And it\u2019s going to motivate all of us to support him more.\u201d<\/p>\n Minaj spoke to TIME<\/a> in May about how she used to be a closeted Trump fan, and was afraid to publicly support the twice-impeached president amid possible backlash<\/a> from the music industry.<\/p>\n \u201cI felt that way already about him, just that I didn\u2019t dare act like that publicly,\u201d she told the magazine. \u201cIt\u2019s been ingrained in everyone\u2019s brain in the music business that we are supposed to be a Democratic family. I just knew they would not like me supporting Trump.\u201d<\/p>\n Minaj continued: \u201cMany celebrities feel the way I do, but they don\u2019t say it. Sometimes you just need one brave person to get the brunt of the impact. I think I am the catalyst for that change.
