{"id":2460726,"date":"2026-06-15T18:53:12","date_gmt":"2026-06-15T18:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/?p=2460726"},"modified":"2026-06-15T18:53:12","modified_gmt":"2026-06-15T18:53:12","slug":"watch-moana-featurette-highlights-along-the-way-song-from-new-film","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/celebrity.land\/en\/watch-moana-featurette-highlights-along-the-way-song-from-new-film\/","title":{"rendered":"Watch: &#8216;Moana&#8217; featurette highlights &#8216;Along the Way,&#8217; song from new film"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p><span class=\"story_dl\">June 15 (UPI) &#8212;<\/span> <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upi.com\/topic\/Disney\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Disney\" class=\"tpstyle\">Disney<\/a> has released a new featurette highlighting the music of <i>Moana<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>The studio shared a<a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=qAMwvv8LYZY\" target=\"_blank\"> video<\/a> Monday that gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at the making of &#8220;Along the Way,&#8221; a song from the forthcoming film.\n<\/p>\n<p><i>Moana<\/i> is a live-action remake of Disney&#8217;s 2016 animated film of the same name. &#8220;Along the Way&#8221; is a collaboration between Catherine Laga&#8217;aia, who plays Moana in the remake, Auli&#8217;i Cravalho, who voiced Moana in the 2016 version, and <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upi.com\/topic\/Dwayne_Johnson\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Dwayne Johnson\" class=\"tpstyle\">Dwayne Johnson<\/a>, who portrays Maui in both movies.\n<\/p>\n<p><emb><\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Moana | Along The Way | In Theaters July 10\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qAMwvv8LYZY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><\/emb>\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Along the Way&#8221; is written by <i>Hamilton<\/i> creator <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.upi.com\/topic\/Lin-Manuel-Miranda\/\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"Lin-Manuel Miranda\" class=\"tpstyle\">Lin-Manuel Miranda<\/a>, who serves as a producer on the remake.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8216;Along the Way&#8217; is the perfect symbolism for this movie.
