Sean \u201cDiddy\u201d Combs is now expected to be released earlier than initially thought.<\/p>\n
The rapper, who is serving a 50\u2011month sentence for prostitution\u2011related charges, is scheduled for release on Feb. 23, 2028, according to records from the Federal Bureau of Prisons.<\/a><\/p>\n His initial release date<\/a> was June 4, 2028, but in March it was moved up from April 25, 2028, to April 15, 2028.<\/a><\/p>\n Singer Oliver Tree dies in helicopter crash <\/a><\/p>\n Combs was sentenced in October to four years and two months in federal prison after being convicted of transporting people across state lines for sexual encounters.<\/p>\n He was acquitted of separate sex\u2011trafficking and racketeering charges that carried potential life sentences.<\/p>\n The 56\u2011year\u2011old remains housed at the low\u2011security Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey.
