Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a> opted to skip fianc\u00e9 Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a> and his brother Jason Kelce\u2019s<\/strong><\/a> live show for their podcast in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

The pop superstar, 36, was spotted entering<\/a> Electric Lady Studios in New York City on Monday, June 15, just hours before Travis, also 36, and Jason, 38, hosted their big event. The pop star kept it casual, rocking a camel-colored shirt, jeans and platform sandals. She kept her hair down, accessorizing the look with a brown purse.<\/p>\n

Despite not making it to the West Coast with her beau, Swift has been a fan of the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast since Travis used his podcasting platform to shoot his shot with her in July 2023. His story about failing to meet her at her Eras Tour<\/em> stop in Kansas City, Missouri, earlier that month prompted her to reach out, ultimately sparking a romance between the two.<\/p>\n

The podcast\u2019s involvement in Swift and Travis\u2019 relationship came full circle when she made her \u201cNew Heights\u201d debut<\/a> in August 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is my favorite podcast,\u201d she gushed at the time. \u201cThis podcast has done a lot for me. I owe a lot to this podcast. This podcast got me a boyfriend ever since Travis decided to use it as his personal dating app about two years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n

Shortly after the couple finished recording the milestone episode, where she announced her 12th album, The Life of a Showgirl<\/em>, Travis proposed to Swift<\/a> in the backyard of his home.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think, for Travis, the podcast was just sort of a distraction, sort of ruse, to keep me not<\/em> looking out the windows of the house,\u201d she explained on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon<\/em> in October 2025.<\/p>\n

Swift recalled thinking, \u201cEvery time he does the podcast, it\u2019s not like he blacks out all the windows,\u201d though Travis had \u201cfully, like, blackout drapes on every single window of the whole house\u201d when she recorded her episode.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTaylor Swift and Travis Kelce are gearing up to say \u201cI do.\u201d The couple announced their engagement in 2025, sharing a photo of Kelce down on one knee as he popped the question to Swift. \u201cYour English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,\u201d the pair captioned their Instagram post at the time. She continued: \u201cI kind of realized that he\u2019s walking around sort of nervous about the podcast, [saying], \u2018My heart is racing. \u2026 I know how much this means to you. I just really want this to be what you\u2019d hoped it would be.\u2019 Because we\u2019d been talking about doing the podcast and announcing the album. And he\u2019s like, \u2018My heart\u2019s just racing.\u2019 I\u2019ve never seen this dude nervous. Ever. He\u2019s professionally not a nervous person.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Travis later asked Swift if she wanted to \u201cwalk around the backyard and have a glass of wine,\u201d she replied, \u201cI\u2019m always gonna wanna do that.\u201d Once she stepped outside and saw the lavish floral setup where he ultimately popped the question, she realized \u201cwhy all the windows were curtained and why he was nervous,\u201d describing the outcome as \u201cthe best possible-case scenario.\u201d<\/p>\n
