Jennifer Lopez<\/a><\/strong> is talking about her life after the divorce from Ben Affleck<\/a><\/strong>. The duo, who tied the knot on July 16, 2022, parted ways in April 2024. In January of last year, their divorce was officially finalized. Now, in a recent interview, Lopez opened up about her healing process after the divorce.<\/p>\n On the \u201cSmartLess\u201d podcast, Jennifer Lopez spoke about self-reflection after her divorce from Ben Affleck. The \u201cOffice Romance\u201d star shared that she has shifted to a new home and that everything in her life \u201cchanged over the past couple of years.\u201d She also mentioned how, at certain times, she left, as if life blew up in her face. Moreover, she talked about life and how she handled everything after divorcing Affleck.<\/p>\n Lopez explained, \u201cAnd after my last divorce, I just sat there and I was like, I canceled my tour and I sat there and I was just like, \u2018You need to f***ing figure yourself out. What is going on with you? Forget about everybody else. There\u2019s nobody to blame here except yourself, in a certain way.’\u201d<\/p>\n The 56-year-old added that she doesn\u2019t feel that she was the sole reason for the split. However, she decided to examine herself after the divorce. \u201cNot that people don\u2019t behave in a way that\u2019s not great, but [I asked myself] \u2018What are you doing? What do you have going on?\u201d the mother of two said. Lopez continued, \u201cAnd that was that was a turning point for me.
