Knicks fever<\/a> took over The Tonight Show<\/em><\/a> <\/em>on Monday, with the NBA Champions joining Jimmy Fallon<\/a> for a special episode.<\/p>\n

Following a historic win that broke the internet<\/a>, NBA Finals MVP Jalen Brunson, six-time NBA All-Star Karl-Anthony Towns, and head coach Mike Brown joined Fallon to talk winning the New York Knicks’ first NBA championship since 1973. <\/p>\n

“It hasn’t sunk in yet,” said Brunson. “I don’t know if it will for a while. But the opportunity presented itself, we went out there as a team, we found a way to do it, fighting back all those games, and it was worth it.”<\/p>\n

The three delved into superstitions, pre-game playlists, curses<\/a>, and uncurses via WWE<\/a>. And they also thanked Knicks fans and acknowledged the power of their community.<\/p>\n

“When we get the fans involved, and we give them something to cheer for, it’s something special,” said Towns.<\/p>\n

Brown also gave insight into his now viral “Who Let the Dogs Out” chant, leading The Tonight Show<\/em> audience into it and delightfully sending his players into a cringe spiral. “We’ve got to put that to bed,” said Brunson.<\/p>\n
