Savannah Chrisley<\/a> has opened up about what her dad, Todd Chrisley<\/a>, thinks about her new relationship and the age difference between her and her new beau.<\/p>\n The 28-year-old reality star spoke about the relationship on the Monday (June 15) episode of Jana Kramer\u2019s Whine Down<\/em><\/a> podcast, noting that her new boyfriend, whose identity she has not yet revealed, is much older than she is. Savannah didn\u2019t specify the exact age gap, but said, per People<\/a>, \u201cWe\u2019re up there.\u201d<\/p>\n She was also asked what her father thinks of the age gap, to which she responded, \u201c[he\u2019s] not too fond.\u201d However, she said that Todd \u201cloves\u201d him, and she also reassured listeners that her new man is younger than her dad, who turned 57 back in April.<\/p>\n \u201cAge gap relationships are the new thing. You\u2019re going to see it everywhere,\u201d Savannah added, per People. \u201cThere are all these couples that are huge age gap relationships, but it just works. It\u2019s insane.\u201d<\/p>\n The Chrisley Knows Best<\/em><\/a> alum explained how age gap relationships work because \u201cyou\u2019re not dealing with the insecurity of a younger guy who\u2019s trying to keep up.\u201d She went on to say, \u201cIt\u2019s the healthiest relationship I\u2019ve ever been in.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe\u2019s my biggest cheerleader,\u201d Savannah told Kramer. \u201cHe\u2019s not intimidated by my success, which is so great.\u201d<\/p>\n Not much is known about Savannah\u2019s new boyfriend, but he works in finance, and she met him through Washington, D.C.\u2019s political circles. She previously revealed on her Unlocked<\/em><\/a> podcast that they\u2019ve been dating for a year and that she thinks he could be \u201cthe One.\u201d<\/p>\n On the May 19 edition of her podcast, Savannah revealed, \u201cI am dating someone. I am extremely happy and extremely fulfilled in life. I feel like where I am at in life is the moment that I had always dreamt of but never thought was possible.\u201d<\/p>\n She added, \u201cI am with someone who loves me, respects me. He\u2019s my biggest cheerleader. When it comes to my business, he is helping me grow it. He\u2019s absolutely brilliant. He is just a kind, decent man. Heck, he\u2019s far more than decent.\u201d<\/p>\n As for when she\u2019ll reveal his identity, Savannah said she hopes to keep that private \u201cuntil after I\u2019m married.\u201d<\/p>\n
