She moved to Ireland in January 2025 with her 13-year-old child, citing political and personal reasons for the relocation<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
O’Donnell is back in New York City temporarily to perform her one-woman show Common Knowledge<\/em> this summer<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Rosie O’Donnell<\/a> is staying in Ireland for the long haul.<\/p>\n On Tuesday, June 16, The View<\/em> alum, 64, stopped by SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live<\/em> to promote her live one-woman show Common Knowledge<\/em> in New York City this summer. However, during the conversation, O’Donnell revealed she wouldn’t be living in a place of her own throughout the show’s run.<\/p>\n \u201cDo you have a a place here still?\u201d the host, 58, asks. \u201cNo,\u201d she responds simply. \u201cI sold everything.\u201d<\/p>\n The A League of Their Own<\/em><\/a> star then confirmed she sold all of her real estate in the U.S., including properties previously held in New York City and Miami.<\/p>\n \u201cWow, and you had such a great portfolio of real estate. You sold it all? You didn’t even want to keep one thing?\u201d Cohen asks.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn’t,\u201d the former talk show host says in the clip. \u201cI had a big four-bedroom penthouse and it was, you know, I thought all my kids would love to come in all the time. They never came in.\u201d<\/p>\n She adds: \u201cI was there with three empty bedrooms, you know, and my little one still sleeps in the bed with me, so I had three empty bedrooms in this four-bedroom place and I thought, you know, we don’t know how long Trump’s going to stay in. When he’s done, I will come back.\u201d<\/p>\n O’Donnell made headlines last year when she confirmed in a March 11, 2025, TikTok<\/a> that she moved to Ireland<\/a> on Jan. 15 with her 13-year-old child Clay<\/a>, four days after she seemingly teased that she was living abroad in an Instagram post<\/a>.<\/p>\n
