Rosie O’Donnell<\/a> and Whoopi Goldberg<\/a> don’t need a roundtable discussion to work through their differences.<\/p>\n During an interview on SiriusXM’s “Andy Cohen Live”<\/a> Tuesday, June 16, the comedian and TV personality, who previously cohosted “The View,” opened up about reuniting with Goldberg while attending a recent Broadway performance.<\/p>\n “I looked in the audience and I thought, ‘That can’t be Whoopi Goldberg, right?'” said O’Donnell, who served as a guest judge for “Cats: The Jellicle Ball.”<\/p>\n “But, you know, she’s pretty identifiable,” O’Donnell, 64, added. “It’s not like a lot of people look like Whoop.”<\/p>\n O’Donnell joined the ABC talk show in 2006, taking over for cohost and moderator Meredith Vieira. The pair would later share the screen when O’Donnell returned to “The View” in 2014.<\/p>\n O’Donnell has previously spoken about having a contentious relationship with Goldberg<\/a> during their talk show tenure. In an interview for the 2019 book “Ladies Who Punch,”<\/a> an expos\u00e9 on the daytime telecast by Ramin Setoodeh, O’Donnell described working with Goldberg as the “worst experience I’ve ever had on live television.”<\/p>\n Rosie O’Donnell speaks out: <\/strong>Comedian talks visiting her daughter in prison<\/a><\/p>\n O’Donnell later criticized Setoodeh for his portrayal of “The View,” calling her 20-minute interview with the Variety editor-in-chief my “biggest regret.”<\/p>\n Despite any past tensions between the women, O’Donnell appeared to enjoy her reunion with Goldberg.<\/p>\n “She’s been very kind,” O’Donnell said on “Andy Cohen Live.” “I’ve seen her a couple times since our disastrous tag-team hellacious ‘View’ extravaganza, but she was there with her daughter and told me that she just became a great-grandmother again. … She doesn’t look like a great-grandmother, and she looks fantastic.”<\/p>\n ‘I wasn’t his girlfriend’: <\/strong>Whoopi Goldberg on being mentioned in Epstein files<\/a><\/p>\n Goldberg, 70, echoed the sentiment during a recent appearance on “The View.” The Oscar-winning actress and host recounted her experience attending “Cats: The Jellicle Ball,” including her run-in with O’Donnell.<\/p>\n “Rosie was there. She looks amazing,” Goldberg said on the June 10 episode<\/a>. “She has a one-woman show she’s doing, too. She’s got all kinds of great stuff going on.”<\/p>\n
