Buffy the Vampire Slayer<\/em><\/a> alum Nicholas Brendon<\/strong><\/a> allegedly left \u201ceverything\u201d he owned to his twin brother, Kelton Donovan Schultz<\/strong>, following his death in March.<\/p>\n According to legal documents filed by Kelton, 55, on Monday, June 15, and obtained by Us Weekly<\/em>, an alleged handwritten will was drafted by Brendon prior to his death at age 54.<\/p>\n The alleged will, included in Kelton\u2019s filing, captures text on a piece of paper that reads, \u201cMy will. Sarah gets nothing. Kel gets everything. He can figure it out.\u201d The docs state that ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker<\/strong> is one of four potential beneficiaries of the estate along with Brendon\u2019s parents, Robert<\/strong> and Kathleen Schultz<\/strong>, and Kelton<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The late actor did not have a spouse or children, and the docs confirm that there is no current estimate regarding the value of Brendon\u2019s estate. The docs also show that Robert and Kathleen both declined to \u201cact as administrator\u201d of Brendon\u2019s estate, both nominating Kelton instead.<\/p>\n Brendon\u2019s family confirmed his death<\/a> to Us<\/em> in a March 20 statement, noting that he died in his sleep. \u201cWe are heartbroken to share the passing of our brother and son, Nicholas Brendon,\u201d the statement read. \u201cMost people know Nicky for his work as an actor and for the characters he brought to life over the years.\u201d<\/p>\n The statement continued, \u201cHe was passionate, sensitive, and endlessly driven to create. Those who truly knew him understood that his art was one of the purest reflections of who he was.\u201d<\/p>\n The following month, Us<\/em> confirmed via an autopsy report that Brendon\u2019s cause of death<\/a> was determined as atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease, with acute pneumonia and previous myocardial infarction (heart attack) as contributing factors.
