Nearly three years after ending their engagement, Lindsay Hubbard<\/strong><\/a> and Carl Radke<\/strong><\/a> can consider themselves friends again \u2014 thanks, in part, to Amanda Batula<\/strong>, West Wilson<\/strong> and Ciara Miller<\/strong>\u2019s love triangle-turned-scandal that rocked the Summer House<\/em> cast this spring.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the same time, I think, we had to go on the journey that we did, I also think that this scandal within our cast, without having a full conversation between you, me and Kyle<\/strong> [Cooke<\/strong>], we almost instinctively banded together to protect our house,\u201d Lindsay, 39, said during her appearance on the Tuesday, June 16, episode of Carl\u2019s \u201cMore Life\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n

Lindsay added that she and Carl, 41, teamed up with Kyle, 43, to ensure that \u201cno one\u2019s gonna burn our house down except for us.\u201d (Lindsay has been a vocal critic of Amanda\u2019s relationship with West, 31, ever since the pair confirmed their romance in March, as West previously dated Amanda\u2019s best friend Ciara, 30, in 2023. Amanda, 34, and West began dating shortly after the former announced her separation from husband Kyle.)<\/p>\n

Lindsay continued, \u201cI think that was, like, a big part [of her newfound friendship with Carl] and [the pair\u2019s Uber Eats commercial in April], the talking more, and you, me and Kyle just playing Red Rover with the world of, like, this is our f***ing house, and you\u2019re not gonna burn it down.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lindsay and Carl began dating in January 2022 and got engaged that August. However, Carl later called off their impending nuptials<\/a> in August 2023, three months before the wedding was scheduled to take place.<\/p>\n

Though the exes were estranged for years after their split, they reunited in April for the iconic \u201cCarl\u2019s a Mess\u201d campaign for Uber Eats, inspired by Kyle\u2019s viral quote about how Carl was handling the Amanda and West drama. The ad saw Lindsy consoling a sobbing Carl with an Uber Eats delivery containing snacks and tissues.<\/p>\n

\u201cDoing Uber Eats, it brought a lot a of joy to me because I do think we have great chemistry on film like that or on camera,\u201d Carl said on Tuesday, although he admitted that he was nervous about reuniting with Lindsay for the project. \u201cAnd it brought me back to like how much fun that was. But it just made me happy because I felt like there was a really good bond in some of those moments. It brought me back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elsewhere on the podcast, the pair marked their reconciliation by re-following each other on Instagram. (Lindsay previously had Carl blocked<\/a> on the social media platform.)<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tCarl Radke is \u201cglad\u201d he returned to Summer House for season 9 \u2014 even though his ex-fianc\u00e9e Lindsay Hubbard was pregnant while filming. Carl, 40, exclusively told Us Weekly on Monday, February 24, that he felt his and Lindsay\u2019s chapter was \u201c100 percent\u201d closed after he learned she was pregnant. Lindsay, 38, announced her pregnancy [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re back, baby!\u201d Carl shouted, with Lindsay agreeing, \u201cWe\u2019re so back.\u201d<\/p>\n
