Katy Perry <\/b>can feel the transformative power of love now that she met her boyfriend, Justin Trudeau<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have love in my life now. That\u2019s transformed me,\u201d Perry, 41, said on the Wednesday, June 17, episode of Justin Tranter<\/b>\u2019s \u201cUnfamous\u201d podcast<\/span><\/a> when asked about how she has changed as a songwriter through the years. \u201cYou think when The Beatles say, \u2018All you need is love,\u2019 it\u2019s a clich\u00e9? Clich\u00e9s are clich\u00e9s for a reason \u2026 it\u2019s like you don\u2019t know until you have your baby how beautiful that experience is and how it transforms you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Perry began dating the former Canadian prime minister<\/a>, 50, in summer 2025, now frequently gushing about falling in love.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am constantly in transformation, and I have so many placements of Scorpio in my chart that it would be easy for me to go to the dark side,\u201d she added on Wednesday\u2019s episode. \u201cI\u2019m constantly rebirthing, constantly transforming, constantly, you know, phoenix to ashes, then hopefully eagle.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tKaty Perry is unconditionally declaring her love for boyfriend Justin Trudeau. The \u201cTeenage Dream\u201d singer gushed about the former Canadian prime minister during a Q&A session on Monday, June 8, following the premiere of her new concert film, The Lifetimes Tour \u2013 Live from Paris, at Tribeca Film Festival in New York City. Perry began seeing Trudeau following her breakup<\/a> from then-fianc\u00e9 Orlando Bloom. <\/b>(Perry and Bloom, 49, were together for a decade, during which they welcomed 5-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t typically feel like a victim \u2014 you can hear it in my songs [that] I don\u2019t resonate with that \u2014 but last year was pretty tough,\u201d she said, hinting at her separation from Bloom. \u201cIt would have been easy for me to fall into that weird victim triangle. So, instead of falling into \u2018woe is me,\u2019 I was just like, \u2018Let\u2019s just feel this f***ing pain, let\u2019s feel this anger and let\u2019s move on. Let\u2019s learn from it also. Let\u2019s get some feedback from it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

After coming to terms with her breakup, Perry adjusted her \u201cboundaries\u201d before meeting Trudeau.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what it is? It\u2019s really boundaries [of] boundaries within yourself, and then when to boil it even further down, it\u2019s just self-respect. It\u2019s just love for yourself,\u201d Perry stated. \u201cIf you don\u2019t have boundaries, you may need to look at that \u2026 or peel yourself out of it. That\u2019s what I\u2019ve been doing is peeling myself out of all the conditioning.\u201d<\/p>\n
