Dell stands at No. 6 on Forbes\u2019 list<\/a> of the top billionaires in the world as of June 17, 2026, and he has a net worth of $236.3 billion.<\/p>\n The arena \u2014 part of the larger Project Marvel, which includes an entertainment district in downtown San Antonio \u2014 has been a controversial subject since it was announced. Some welcome the endeavor, citing an economic boost to the city, while others are critical of the cost.<\/p>\n Jones pushed for an independent economic study to be done on the project by an entity with no ties to the Spurs. This was before City Council ultimately voted 7-4 to move forward with the project.
