The Stockport lads will also be taking the album on a huge UK headline arena tour.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the album\u2019s fanfare comes alongside a brand new single, \u2018Meet Me In Love\u2019, and its music video, directed by Tom Ogden and starring Maya Jama and Callum Scott-Howells.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-grvmedia-grv-video GRVVideo GRVPrimisVideo\"\/>\n<p>Following the release of recent single \u2018Joke About Divorce\u2019, \u2018Meet Me In Love\u2019 offers another glimpse into the world of <em>Songs From The Wedding Cake<\/em>, featuring an irresistible groove and backing vocals from <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/faroutmagazine.co.uk\/declan-mckenna-what-happened-to-the-beach-album-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">\u2018Brazil\u2019 singer Declan McKenna<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Explaining where the track originated from, Ogden shared, \u201c\u2018Meet Me In Love\u2019 was written on a songwriting trip to the Lake District with Natalie Findlay and Jules Apollinaire. As often happens, it was the last day and we\u2019d pretty much accepted that there probably weren\u2019t any more songs left to write.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, inspiration soon struck: \u201cWe started messing around with a simple two chord disco groove and, within a couple of hours, the whole thing seemed to fall into place.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout five huge shows across the UK, Blossoms and support act The Royston Club will embark on the biggest tour of their career so far.
