For 11 seasons, Patrick Dempsey<\/a> not only established himself in the industry in his role as Derek Shepherd, aka McDreamy, in Grey\u2019s Anatomy, but he also became a true Hollywood heartthrob. So, it\u2019s perhaps no surprise that his kids not only inherited his good looks but are following in his footsteps in the entertainment industry too.<\/p>\n On Instagram<\/a>, one of Patrick and his wife Jillian Dempsey\u2019s kids, 19-year-old Sullivan Patrick Dempsey, was pictured modeling for the very first time.<\/p>\n More from SheKnows<\/strong><\/p>\n In the photo, posted by luxury resale boutique Morphew World, Sullivan is rocking a 1980s YSL gown in blue and teal with black Christian Louboutin heels. And you need to be there for them and allow them to learn from that.\u201d<\/p>\n Prior to Sullivan\u2019s fashion campaign, Patrick shared a proud dad moment in May 2025 when Sullivan and Dardy graduated from high school. \u201cGraduation!!\u201d Patrick wrote on Instagram<\/a>. \u201cSo proud of you boys and cannot wait to see where the next chapter of your lives will take you!\u201d<\/p>\n He also celebrated their birthday on February 1 with a sweet throwback photo<\/a>. \u201cSuch sweet dream twinnies! \ud83c\udf88\ud83c\udf88\u201d he wrote.
