More details from 90 Day Fianc\u00e9 <\/i>alum Thais Ramone<\/b>\u2019s recent arrest for domestic battery<\/a> have come to light.<\/p>\n

Thais, 30, was questioned by police in bodycam footage obtained by TMZ<\/span><\/a> on Wednesday, June 17, which showed the reality TV alum speaking about her relationship status with estranged husband Patrick Mendes.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cWe [haven\u2019t] had anything for a long time,\u201d she alleged in the video taken last month. \u201cWe\u2019re not together.\u201d<\/p>\n

Thais further claimed that she separated from Patrick, 36, because she \u201ccouldn\u2019t do anything.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWe never had aggressive types of fights,\u201d she said. \u201cHe tries to, like, control me through [our daughter].\u201d<\/p>\n

After Thais\u2019 tearful testimony, police officers handcuffed her and booked her into custody.<\/p>\n

Thais was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery on May 22, the same day that Patrick filed for divorce, following accusations that she allegedly slapped her now-ex. The charges were eventually dropped.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly <\/i>confirmed on Tuesday, June 16, that Patrick filed for a default divorce<\/span><\/a> last month and requested sole legal custody and primary physical custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Aleesi. Thais, who was first served with divorce paperwork 21 days before Patrick\u2019s new motion, has since been fighting the charges.<\/p>\n
